All of our products are shipped via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €30. No code necessary — free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
Processing time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Please note the delivery times below are estimated.

Delays
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
Severine only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Damaged package
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@severineshop.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
