We offer a 14-day return guarantee for all standard products. Garments must be returned undamaged, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Custom orders are not returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number.
All our clothing has a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This includes seam tears, button or zipper malfunctions, fabric defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or mechanical damage. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem.
